To keep your skin and body healthy never use products formulated with mineral oil or animal products and avoid chemicals, fragrances, alcohol and dyes as well, since these are prooved to be irritable for your skin. About animal products, these come from rendering plants (recycles for dead animals) what these plants do is that they pick all dead animals from shelters, roads, meatmarkets, etc, and they put them inside a huge pot, they shred everything, they boil it and the oil that comes to the top is what other companies use to formulate their "beauty products" gross I know....specially the "collagen" this is a way to big molecule to be absorbed by the skin.... and we never see humans donating their collagen.... Collagen is the strength and elasticity of the skin...Now about mineral oil is like rubbing car oil and exposing your skin to the sun.. very damaging and the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin (very aging friendly) the 1st thing would be the sun..... so once again, avoid these. Use botanically based products and you will see and feel the difference, i use these .... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 ... from their anti aging products (NutriMinC RE9 ) ideal for people 20 years and over they really give great results and God they last a lot .... I bought the 2nd set in January and i am still using it ... my 1st lasted almost 9 months ... i almost gave birth .... jajajaja but seriously use them and you will see.... and the best part is that if there is something you do not like from the line you return it for a refund... now other counter will accept this ....

I use a supplement with Praventin that supports healthy skin and body. Plus 8 glasses of water a day.

I have to agree with water and add on healthy food (ya know, veggies). tho if you want a cosmetic solution, making it yourself is a good answer. get a book on cosmetic ingredients and make sure anything you make or buy has no harmful ingredients (one i bought at bath and body had known cancer agents!!!).

the best way is healthy living, staying out of the sun unprotected, and just being happy!

Water! Drink tons of water- at least eight glasses a day, and more if you can. It's wonderful for both your skin and your body. Just keep drinking water and your skin will look much healthier and you'll generally feel better.

Good luck! :)
