I have a 2 yr old and my other kids are old enough, but I want to know if there is anything there for toddlers?

Disney would be way more practical and enjoyable for your little one, but if you're adamant about going to Universal and IOA (Islands of Adventure) then they have a few areas.
Universal would be the better of the two because it has Nickelodeon, and Woody WoodPecker's Kid Zone including: Barney Live, Curious the George Land, and Fievel's Playland.
IOA has Seuss Landing and that's about it.

Either way you go good luck and have fun...

Islands of Adventure has Sueus Landing, a land of Dr. Sueus and yes you can get Green Eggs and Ham there. You're toddler will love it. I think you're toddler will like Universal but if you can I'd go to Disney for a day or two as well (the older kids will like Disney too).

I have visited both parks for the past 5 years. Island of Adventures and Universal Studios are geared towards older children. The perfect place would be Magic Kingdom.

They do have things for younger children, but they are still more suited for older children.

From my personal experience of going with toddlers, they had a lot more fun at Disney than Universal. But older kids enjoy Universal alot more than Disney.

YES without a doubt. I live in Orlando and I took both my sons from 6 weeks on to the parks. For a two year old...there are plenty of colors, hands-on exhibits and rides! Suess Island is a must with a two year old!

me and my husband didn't take our daughter along the day we did Universal, but, i didn't see a heck of alot for kids to do there. My daughter was 2 on our last trip, and I was glad we didn't take her there. I think I saw maybe two rides the kids can ride...the Suess Carousel, and the hang glider thing next to the Jurassic park ride. And that ws about it. I think older kids would have more fun there. I thought it was a bust.
