I'm a military brat and my family just told me i would be moving again. This time a had no choice whats so ever. This will be our fifth time moving this year. Not because financial issues or anything but, and i quote "It's for the beat dear, this will give you a chance to make new friends". New friends? New Friends? What about the ones your moving me 3,000 miles from?

I know it's hard, I was a military brat too. Went to 15 schools and 4 in one year in 2 countries. Think of it as a new exciting adventure, that helps. There are many advantages of moving, you get to see more of the country than most people do and experience more things. Good luck and have a positive attitude, it helps.

Friends come and go in your life. You may as well try to enjoy all of the interesting places you get to see, When you are older you'll be able to live where ever you want, and look at all of your knowledge you will have to make that decision.I came from a small town and never got to see other places, you are lucky. And you can make it as fun or as bad as you want. ,You can start fresh. Your parents sound like they feel guilty so they just said it was for the best.

Unfortuneately you have no choice in this case!! Unless you are old enough to move out on your own, support yourself and make your own decisions, you have to be where your parents are. They have to be where the work and money are. Military life can be a real *****!

its hard i once had to move not far away form my friends only 30 mins away but hey u will get over it this is how it works u dont have a say so in any thing just cuz ur young
