He's not getting the ring back for sure. but the reson I'm so upset is because i knew he was full of it in the beginning. because cheating was the reason i left him the first time. Is it true. once a cheat always a cheat.

In most states your legally obligated to return the engagement ring. I would check on that, you certainly don't want to be sued.
As to "doing something", the best revenge is to move on with your life to a "better" person than he was for you. That will injure his pride more than anything you could ever do. Besides, why would you want to lower yourself to his level. Let the other girl have him, that will teach her when he does that to her, and maybe, just maybe, she will give him a dose of his own medicine. Just think, you wont have to lift a finger, what a better person you are!!!

bounce! and hop town, don't let him find you, make sure he knows you're not coming back. and keep the ring, but not for the wrong reasons. Make sure you do things for you now, not all men cheat, there are good ones out there, you just have to look a little harder...
