I filed for legal aid in FL, they couldn't accept my case cause her father and I were never married here. They sent my case to GA legal aid, they couldn't accept my case either!!! Now, I'm back to square one, low income, searching for a decent attorney...any suggestions?

If you and your husband are both wanting a divorce you can file for an uncontested divorce. If you can come to an agreement that you both like about custody, you can also do the custody with this type of divorce. Most states will even allow you to setup a payment option to pay for the filing of the paperwork if you have little income.
Also you may be able to call a few of the Larger law firms in your area, because a lot of bigger firms will do a lot of pro bono work for the tax break.
