Video evidence in very important decisions. (Goals, penalties etc)
Get rid of that stupid rule by which disciplinary panel can't do anything if the ref takes action during the match.
Put the offside rule back the way it was.
Players diving can be disciplined after the event using video evidence. (That would stop them)
England get a 5 goal head start in Penalty shootouts. (They'd still probably lose mind)

The offside rule should be simplified. Go back to the rule that any player is offside if there is only one player between him and the goal line. All this active / non active rubbish is just plain silly. If a player is not active he shouldn't be on the pitch.
Any player rushing to the referee brandishing an imaginary card should be given a real one.
Goal line technology is a must.
Simulation should be called what it is...Cheating.
Remove Sepp Blatter before he ruins a game he clearly does not understand.

The 2 yellow cards that put you out for a game...is a short tournament you cannot do that., A yellow is supposed to be a warning...but two warnings can make you miss a final. Also it puts a lot of pressure on the refs...imagine if they have to give Zidane, Ronaldo, or any other player a yellow card knowning that they will miss the finals??

hey finally, a serious question! this one's out of left field but i hope fifa could find a way to encourage participation from poor countries /help them develop world class soccer teams/players...i'm tired of seeing europe and south america dominate the game....for pete's sake africans play football with more heart than those overpaid but underperforming superstars, so-called!

Try and clear some of the corruption and colluding and cartels between top FIFA guys, some big companies and some national football associations.

I totally agree that poor countries should be encouraged and helped to participate in the world cup!! I would also try to help stop the violence that sometimes develops after the games between fanatics!

I WOULD REMOVE THE FIFA PHILOSOPHY.......AND THAT BEING THAT THE HOST COUNTRY GOES FAR IN THE TOURNAMENT..... TAKE IT AS YOU WANT, BUT JUST LOOK BACK AND YOU'LL KNOW THAT THE BIG SOCCER TOURNAMENTS ARE ALL FIXED, AND THAT'S A FACT. IT'S A SHAME REALLY.. IT'S ALSO A TURN OFF..... Get rid of Blatter.
Encourage stronger penalties for simulation.
Require that anyone being a commentator has been a coach, a player, and referee for an extended period of time.

I would request instant replays. Then maybe there wouldn't have been penalty kicks for Italy and France. Italy clearly won that game!
