In order to get the H12 visa you need to work for an American company or be hired by a foreign company that does business in the United States.

I would recommend that you apply directly to the airlines which are based in the U.S. If you have language skills, apart from English, you will be an asset on long haul and international flights.

Also, if the airline that you currently work for flies to the U.S. you can request a transfer to their U.S. operations.

www.monster.com is a good website for job openings. Be aware that it will be very difficult to obtain job sponsorship in the States. If you have a special skill that few Americans have, then you'll have a better chance. For instance, foreign nurses are hired all the time because there is a nursing shortage here. Otherwise, you'll need to be persistant and try to find a contact here to help you get your foot in the door of a good company.
