Uh, probably because money is money. A lot of people do illegal things knowing very good and well that it is illegal.

It's not illegal as long as the minor has a parent/legal guardian there to sign some paper saying that they know about this and are allowing this procedure to happen

cause they are allowed if the parents give the minors a note to give to the tatto artist or if the parent goes with them and signs a paper!!

Probley becuase there amking money still and everyone thinks money is everything when it's not!and u can get one if your parents co sighn but most the time they will still give u one without it for the buisness and money!

wut age r u talkin bout if they r 15 1/2 -18 they can do it w/ parents perpision in some states and not all tatto artists tattoo minors

If a parent is there, it's legal I think.. And they probably need the business.

i got a tattoo and i'm thirteen. i'm about to get another one. my tattoo says R.I.P Lonnie (my older brother) and then it has his face under it.
