Since they are already blue whouldn't they turn the color of skin? Like peach or something like that? They are wierd little blue guys!! :)

It depends on the tempertaure and the condition of the smurf. For example, it you has just attempted and possibly succeeded to pull off their limbs and you are at the heart of the amazon, I would say that light purple with a yellow stripe across the nose would occur.
