We again I have to refer to the 'Book'. Here it clearly states that (Slobbit v The Crown December 1904) the actual eating of the toast (at this time prepared over an open fire) delayed the used by approximately 25 seconds. In this case (and when the trial was replicated in 1945 by Slobbit's grandson) it was found that Fred always go there first.

Why would you wanna be? Take your time and let Fred do half of the work before you get there. I'd also say go for the eggs, bacon, and toast.

Yes!

he had pop-tarts, and the second one in the package broke in the toaster and so he had shake it out before it caught on fire...

so that put him behind on brushing his teeth and he couldn't organize his sock drawer before work like he wanted to...
so not only is he late, but he's also in a pissy mood...
so I'd watch out for him!
