In term of the movies, I have to go with the Joker. Jack Nicholas' portrayl of him wad brilliant. Everything from his facial expressions to just the way he carried himself was everything that made up the Joker

the penguin or joker, they were creepy on a whole other level that none of the more recent villian could ever attain. if not them, george clooney, he was a terrible batman in my opinion.
