I've read somewhere that in 7-th book Harry will met his relatives and they are Russians, because his aunt, his father's sister had married some powerful wizard. What do you think about it?

Where did you read that?? The real 7th book isn't even out yet. I'd rather not look for spoilers and read the book so I can actually enjoy it.
