I work in a juice bar. We use lots of yogurt every day and there are many white plastic containers left. I think the containers are safe for yogurt, they must be saft for other food. so I want sell them, but I don't know if there is a need for them? do you have any good ideas? thank you! :)

Believe it or not... you need to check with the local health department (whoever does the foodservice sanitation inspections) before you can sell them. In a lot of jurisdictions, a container that used to have any protein-based food in it is not supposed to be used again, to prevent the risk of food-bourne illness. As far as a practical use for them... I'm not sure you will find someone who wants to buy them for food; it just seems kind of icky. But you may be able to sell them to a day care, auto repair shop, etc to store their small parts in, or maybe to a general contractor to use for mixing paint.

Also check with the company you work for, too. A lot of companies have rules that prohibit this and if you work for a by-the-book company, you could actually get fired for it. I do know someone who worked in a bar and was selling the used grease from the deep-fryers to a grease recycling company, and when his boss found out, he got fired.

make a small hole in the bottom, stuff one into an old sock down to the toe, push the top part of the sock into the container, fill the container up with small rocks in the base, then add potting soil, plant your favorite garden herbs and resell them at your store. Or you could just glue a strip of burlap around it.

Recycle. It helps you get rid of them and it helps the environment. Its a no loose situation. You can always call your local recycling place, they might buy plastic. I know some places do.
Good Luck

Give a good description of them and put them on e-bay. You can sell almost anything there. Good luck.
