No, not least because we already have a very important act called the Bill of Rights which everyone is conveniently forgetting. He's just playing political points scoring.
For people who have no idea what this is about: It's UK politics, David Cameron is the leader of the opposition. It is not about Cameroon or football.

JOEY - You miss the point, they committed a serious crime and have been rewarded with life in Britain, the cost to the taxpayer for these people has run into millions of pounds for the particular case in question and to top it all off, now instead of being punished for what they have done they are being funded again by the taxpayer. Were these people justified in doing what they did? I don't think they were personally. Instead of thinking of the poor old hijacker why don't you stop for a momment and think about the passengers on that plane and what would have become of them if the pilot had thought they were planning to fly that plane into a huge tower!!!! In short what about the Human Rights of the victims.
I personally don't see the point in abandoning it, whatever Cameron could come up with would have to closely resemble the Human Rights Act anyway to comply with Britains obligations under European Law. It would be simply a crossing the t's and dotting the i's exercise. If he wants to get my vote he'll have to pledge to get us out of the E.U

No as you need like all things the details...
Ie he wants the horrible hyjackers deemed nasty criminals flung out... But how many of you know the truth of it????
They were no more terrorists then you or I, had no intention of hurting others and were only trying to save the and their families lives...
The truth is they were democracy campaigners against the utterly evil inquisition taliban... Ie these guys had the guts to take on people who would stone to death a woemn for getting an education, medical treatment or walking in the street...
ie on our side till the taliban worked out who they were and were after them.
Now lacking cash and contacts they were despirate and not wanting to leave their loved ones behind came up with the idea of hyjacking the plane.
On the ground it soon became plain to the SAS and security services that they were dealing with complete amatures who were just despirate so they had the sense to keep things calm.
They did not claim assylum straight way as scared to be sent back to the taliban who would be waiting with lots of mutilation equipment, rocks and petrol.
So dragged it on . There weren't going to kill any hostages... these were their mates and family.
After four days some of the crew decided to make a break for it causing panic and stress and ending up with another crew mwber getting hit... more out of panic and fear then anything...
Then wehn probably promised they could stay and family would be safe and not sent home to be murdered or used as tortured hostages to get them back. They gave up, were sent to jsil to please the public and look like we were being tough...
But in reality the authourities could see it for waht it is...
One of the poor guys kid had died as the taliban would have killed the more like they killed a 19 year old girl found in a street withotu a male realative...

Yes its a video of somoen getting stoned... it takes a while.
The kid died as could not get medical treatment.
The same 'hyjacker' had been hung upside down by his ankles and whipped with cables for a week whilst the walls in his cell ran red with his blood.
His crime? raping a child? no all he did was get caught playing the un islamic game of chess. A similar fate was for flying a kite and listening to music or watching a movie probably got the death penalty...
Gays were crushed to death and run over slowly by bulldozers
Legs and arms were hung on trees, you gort batters nearly to death for having a beard too short.
No male doctor was allowed to examine a female and girls over ten would be executed for trying to learn anything over age 10...
As would they be for dressing as a boy
Women were not allowed to work and if they were caught with nail varnish had their fingernails torn out by pliers

it might be something worth loolking into.not totally abandon them but things like criminals having them i dont agree with.what about the rights of their victims?
