No because currently my 5 year old has the subscription (yup you read that right FIVE), my husband bought a bunch of magazine subscriptions from a door to door salesman, he also subscribed to Nick Jr, but apparently the salesman put my daughter's name on the Maxim subscription and my husband's name on the Nick Jr one... oh well, it comes the same house, and my husband and I get the mail before my daughter sees it, BUT I WOULD ask your parents before you made the subscription, since your 15 yr old bro. probably still lives with them, they might be upset if he started getting magazines like that... personally from what I can remember about being 15 (10 years ago) I knew about all the stuff they talk about in that magazine, it's not like you are introducing anything NEW to him, BUT your parents may choose to live in a dillusional world where your 15 yr old bro is too young to be thinking about that sort of stuff, when really he's not!!!

Maxim and FHM (For Him Magazine) are pretty racey, but there's no age requirement to buy em. He can get em just as easily as he can get Lowrider or Reader's Digest.
