"homographs" MAY fit your need, but more likely, to remove all doubt, you want "heteronym"

"Homographs" ('written the same")
-are spelled the same
-differ in meaning
-MAY differ in pronunciation

"Heteronyms"
-are spelled the same
-differ in meaning
-MUST differ in pronunciation
