You have given very little detail, however:
1) All phobias and anxiety attacks seem to be very treatable by expert professionals. This cannot so readily be said about other problems.
Suggestions:
1) Explore many different avenues, if possible.
General psychological:
a) Talk to many people. It is like food, you need a good balance of interactions with different people more or less every day.
b) If you can afford get help from a psychotherapist to discuss those traumas and how you might try to cope.
c) Pray if you are a believer.
d) Any depression should be tackled as a matter of urgency, always. It is disabling, and can be life threatening by means of self-harm or even suicide.
e) Music, films, hobbies, charitable works, and partaking in this forum, also as an adviser may be useful.

Physical
a) A medical doctor could address concerns about any physical problems or symptoms or worries. A good doctor of this kind may be very hard to find.
b) Avoid junk food.
c) B complex vitamins and vitamin C are good for stress.
d) Exercise judiciously. When I was depressed, I walked. It helped.

First of all, take some deep breaths. It might take some time.

But don't worry, you will get your life back. Is it possible for you to have some counselling or therapy? If in UK this is often possible free on the NHS through your doctor, although there might be a waiting list.

You could start by looking at some self-help books about anxiety and stress. Browse Amazon.co.uk or your local library or a large bookshop. See which books seem the best for you and read them, they can really help.

Do you have support? A partner, family and friends? If so, ask them for extra support to help you through.

Have faith in yourself. Try to think positive. This is a terrible experience but also one you can learn from. Ultimately, it will make you a stronger person.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Meditation if you are not religious will help, also relaxing music. If you are religious, those will both help combined with prayer, reading scriptures, and service. I think a pet would also help, if you don't already have one. Pick a pet that has a happy disposition - say a parakeet or cockatiel or two of them. Stay away from dark places like bars. I think children's programs are great therapy and are very educational as well. As far as service goes, something related to volunteering with children would probably help. I've always loved working in schools. Good luck!

A good vitamin B complex, you can buy these in Health food shops. Ask advise from the assistant. These will help to calm down the nervous system. You would need to take these daily, preferably with breakfast, because they can also release energy to the cells, therefore if you take them in the evening you might find you have too much energy to sleep! Also from the health food shop you can buy something called rescue remedy, put drops onto the tongue when anxious, as often as needed.

My thoughts on that are this-------sing happy songs,..hymns if you wish. Think happy thoughts,...pray if you will. Satan loves playgrounds,...don't let him in your thoughts. ANY thought negative, stop it in its tracks and sing, "Jesus Loves Me".

Anxiety comes from trying to figure out tomorrow's problems, today. Which, ABSOLUTELY does no good!

My brother-in-law's doctor has shown him how to talk himself out of anxiety attacks by saying' " I am just fine. This will be over and I am going to be just fine. There is nothing wrong with me."" And before he finishes all that, the attack can have passed.
My sister said it works.

Like I said, satan is on the rampage. Get closer to God than you have ever been before by depending on Him to get you thru these attacks.
If you HAVE to, and as a last resource, you may need to take a med to help you get thru, but only if you need to, OK?
