It's rated PG 13. But I don't remember any sex scenes or nudity. Is it appropriate for a 6 and 9 year old to watch?

It's really not that bad, most of the jokes kids that age won't get. Not really that much cussing either. I remember the F--- word only once, not a big deal. I say let 'em watch it!!!

im not sure whether or not it is appropriate for younger audiences. I saw it a while back as well, and all i remember that was bad was cursing. Im not so sure that the 6 year old should watch it though, since younger children are very impressionable.

Yes it is appropriate! Very funny movie. No sex scenes or nudity, just one curse word if i remeber correctly.

To be honest I won't, in a sense the movie doesn't make funny of mental challenge people but in away ti does.
I thought a lot of the jpkes were low blow and I tihnk it might give your young kids the wrong idea about mentally challenge people or if you do watch it please explain tot hem what mentally challenge is , how it not fun to make fun of others that might be different.

From the looks of it, I would say 12 and up. It has imature themes, I hear there is language not sutable for kids. The unrated version is worse from what I hear. Much worse!

i just watched the movie last night and there was no nudity or very harsh bad language.

I think so because I was surprised that it didn't patronize those with developmental hardships. Instead it humanized those who are that way and portrayed them as capable human beings for which they truly are.

It has cussing. So if you don't mind the language then it is ok. Remember, "When the f*ck did we get ice cream?"
