If it is Internet Hounds then treat them like Evil-Spammers. This isn’t your fault you are being HUNTED! They are looking for only one thing and that is SEX, and some of them are willing to enslave you or even kill you! I am not exaggerating, if anything I am being nice about it. Get a Spam program or use an e-mail address that allows you to block their e-mail. If this is on MySpace then close the account and open another one. Open this account under a false identity and lie about EVERTHING.
If this is in public then where are you hanging out with 20-year-old guys? Introduce yourself; “Hi, I'm X, I'm only 13, and I'm jailbait.” This will drive most men away quite quickly. If they continue to try and push it with you then yell "Child Molester", and point to the guy. If he still doesn’t leave then scream and run! That will scare even the most determined guy away.
Then look at what you are doing to attract all these older men. Are you dressing like a lady of the evening? Are you hanging out in bars? I don’t want to be rude, but you are still a kid, you should act like one. You must be doing something to attract them, or hanging out in the wrong places.
Finally, you should inform your parents. Their job is to protect you, and they can’t do that unless they know about the danger. You just need to tell them that you are not trying to attract these guys; they are coming after you. You don’t know what advice you are getting off this board, or who is giving it, so go to your parents. As for me, show this to your parents and they can e-mail me if they want. I only have your safety in mind. You don’t want to end up pregnant or kidnapped. I know you might be afraid that you will be punished, but if it isn’t your fault then your parents should understand. If this is going on, on the Internet then that is part of the danger of surfing. Just block them; never tell them anything, and what you do make it a lie.
If a cop is coming after you then contact his station and inform them, that will get him off your back real fast. Don’t get the guy fired, just tell them that he is paying too much attention to you and you are a little worried. He will probably only get transferred or a stern talking to. If he continues then get your parents to call the station.
If this has scared you, then good, this is a serious problem.

Simple:
Stay off the internet! Tell your parents what's going on, file a police report.
If you don't take good advice & continue online:
Never give personal information out - that includes where you go to school, or your teachers' or friends' names. Even your town. Don't post your photo, tell your age, or anything like that.
Change your userID to something less provacative
Update: I went back to check your Q&A. Please change your profile to NOT accept incoming emails. Don't ask the types of questions you've been asking. You are not behaving very wisely online. I think that kids should be protected online, but they do need to use common sense. Please re-evaluate your own behavior.
Good luck to you, and please tell your folks what's going on. They can help.

Tracking you down is only because you gave out private information. Get off the internet . Act your age. Tell your parents, an adult mentor or your pastor. You are in over your head.

Well, you could get off the internet. Of course, you shouldn't have to stop doing whatever innocent activities you're doing (providing you're not starting it!) just because a bunch of pervs want to bother you. I would suggest responding:
I AM 13 YEARS OLD. I AM A MINOR. YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS ARE ILLEGAL. IF YOU CONTINUE TO HARRASS ME, I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE POLICE.
That should take care of it. If they do continue, tell your parents and ask them to call the police.

go to www.FBI.gov and report them. They would be very interested in finding men who are after young girls. Give them as much information on them as you can. This branch of the GOV can do many things. When I gave them a tip they called me as soon as I hit 'enter' and asked me in person what my tip is all about.
They will find them quickly through the internet.

if they have ever referenced violence like I'm going kill you, hurt you etc. ; sexual connotation like body parts, sexual words, sexual action ; then you must report them. The government should have an online predator precinct. Just do not give out personal information etc.
