Yes it does. One way I've found to get them to either stop or at least quiet down is to watch them intently and nod occasionally. When they see you watching just smile. If they say anything you say, "Well, you were talking so loudly I figured you were opening the door for us to join in." It drives people nuts.

Yes!!!! I love Vince's answer!!!! I am sooo going to try that!!!! Lol!
I hate when people drive and talk on their cell phones instead of paying attention to where they are going. Hell, you see people flying through parking lots....yakkin on the phone, totally oblivious to those around them. It would take only a second for them to run over someone. I wonder how important the call would seem then. People just don't think about others anymore.

Yes ... like everyone doesn't have cell phones now. Whatever happened to talking to the person you're WITH? I agree with the first answerer, however; it bothers me more when they're driving because it becomes less of an annoyance and more of a HAZARD. We have become a very self-centered society.

people its ok to have conversations and talk on the phone but please..... not while your driving, there are more important things like..............Drive Safely and prevent an accident!
and talking on the phone while they are eating.. first of all....its rude to the other person on the other line who has to hear all the munching the person is doing but, some people just talk too loud with no consideration

Hell yeah. Anywhere, really. I was in the bank yesterday, and some dumbass was talking SO LOUD about how Reliant's electricity is so expensive and bla bla bla. I mean, he was fairly yelling, and it was a quiet bank, ya know? I felt like clocking him, but at least I'll be polite.
