planning a bike trip from las vegas to a beach in Southern Ca. what would you guys recomend?

Go to all of them. Take PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) from Seal Beach all the way up to Pismo beach near San Louis Obispo. There are places to stop all the way up just about. You might want to stay at Seal Beach though.

Ventura-Ventura State Beach
Oxnard-Oxnard Shores
On Highway 1- Zuma Beach
Malibu-Malibu Beach
Santa Monica
Huntington Beach
Manhattan Beach
Oceanside
San Diego
If you can go into Mexico, Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas
Have fun! Oh, and the irony. I live in Las Vegas.

Take trip up the 101 to wine country, the beaches on the way are a bonus! Get above Santa Barbra county!

Laguna Beach, CA. The beach is neat clean and it is close to anything one could desire. LODGING, FOOD , ALL TYPES OF STORES. Plus it is a beautiful place.

Miami beach.. (Hey you are on the wrong coast!). They don't have topless beaches in Cali..

I recommend going to beach where you can be in the nude and enjoy life.
