The Hurricanes. Cole cause of he's speed. and Cam Ward he is a good goille and well have u seen him with out a the gear?(hot hot) haha but they all have good things about them.

I don't have a favorite NHL team because of Gary Bettman. I will not root for an NHL team until Bettman resigns or is fired. The guy ripped teams out of cities that were filed to 96% capacity and put them in places like Phoenix and Carolina. He alientated the fans by ripping their hearts out and then had his lockout to further alientate the fans and the TV networks who are now hooked on showing poker. I can't get the NHL on TV except that I saw the finals on NBC. Saturday matinees don't count. OLN is not offered. How does Gary expect to grow fans if he alienates them all?

Colorado Avalanche.. I've loved them since they moved to Denver from Quebec mainly because as a kid I thought their logo was cool.
Then I started to follow hockey more and more.. and now I'm a big fan.. when they won the cup their first year in Denver.. I didn't really care, but the second cup they won over Jersey was something special.
Favorite current Av - Joe Sakic.. Favorite All-Time Av - Chris Drury
I miss the hell out of Patty Roy though.. especially with the bum we had in net this postseason.

The New York Islanders. I do have to admit, however that the strike did kill my feelings a bit for the sport. I don't take it as seriously as football, and baseball season. But so far I am happy with the hiring of Ted Nolan and Neil Smith in the organization, and it's good to see that some of the pieces to their 4-year cup run are returning home. I think you will see us in the playoffs next year.

Anyone that the Leafs are playing against. I cannot stand the Leafs and cheer for every team that is playing against them and yes that even means Chicago.
Although living in Ontario and where I live I like to cheer for all the local guys so my favourite teams would be the Colorado Avalanche and the Edmonton Oilers, and even Chicago.

Carolina Hurricanes - because I live in North Carolina and it is the closest team to where I live - favorite players are Cam Ward and Rod Brind 'Amour. I just started watching hockey about a year ago.

My boss's brother used to play for Dallas so I'm a fan of the Stars although my favorite player is Dany Heatley of Ottawa! I watched him play at Wisconsin and knew he was going to be a special player!
