You can buy these things called "ear candles" from a health food store. Try those, they are very scary but they work awesome. It is like a long tobe you put in your ear and light on fire. The fire sucks the wax and stuff out. Make sure you get directions....

Pour hydrogen peroxide into your ear canal with your head tilted back to hold the fluid. Let soak for several minutes and slowly roll your head around to allow the fluid to go deeper into the ear. Repeat. Twice daily is ideal.

Tilt your head to the side, put a few drops of peroxide in the ear, and leave it until you hear the bubbling mostly stop.

Stay away from "ear candles", they don't work and they can be dangerous!

You may need to see an ear, nose, and throat specialist. But If you want to clean it, I would not use alcohol. I would use hydrogen peroxide. Just a warning but you will hear it fizz in your ear, so do't freak out!
