The Rowntree foundation in Britain and the Office of Statistics have shown our proportion of reoffenders is no higher then many other countries, and we dont have the death penalty *thank heavens!*
Their are no benefits to the death penalty. Its murder in its most basic form. How can a government say its wrong to kill if they kill their own citizens?
