If you are not willing to accept the resposibility, of owning a pet don't get one. If you are the one wanting a pet, you should feed and water it daily, clean up after it, play with it. If you want one that doesn't cost much, maybe get a guinae pig or haster.

Cat. Adoption fee is not to high. If it's an outside cat you can just have a litter box outside, and food and water. If it's indoor its the same way. I suggest you get it declawed, cause they do scratch when mad. They are adorable and smart and do not need to be walked, washed and all that other stuff.

I would say a cat. You don't have to take them on walks they don't acquire to much attention. And they use a litter box, and you only have to change that once a week. And as for feeding it, they don't eat that much anyways, so get a self refilling container!!! It will last for at least a month.

get a small dog, as they're not that expensive. they will cost, but they're worth it!! they're loyal, protective, and never hold grudges! look for one in the newspaper, in the clasified section. you shud find cheaper and smaller dogs ther
