Walked 20 plus miles on a track for "walk for a cure" charity event in 24 hours with my best friend. The next day my feet were so swollen and tender I couldn't walk at all.

I did an annual 20 mile POW/MIA walk when I was stationed at Ft. huachuca, Az. I did that 4 years in a row.

I've also run a marathon.

Not sure how far it was..but last summer I walked for 3 and 1/2 hours in the scorching hot sun!! (I didn't know it was going to be that hot lol). Got a tan though.

I walked from New Rochelle NY to Flushing Queens when i was younger.
Thats gotta be about 30 miles .
Took me all day.
