You would have to have a legitimate and specific reason for wanting such records. You might be able to access general, non-identifying facts by requesting the info thru the p.r/human resources department.

Just a stab in the dark. Unless you are one of the birth (in which case you should be able to call and get a copy of yours) all of those should be confidential.

Contact Ohio vital statistics( you can look it up on Google). They will give you directions
