first of all it is some problem is the loading of your flash
i could not see it completly
but i think this is a design company website
using flash website have some probllem
for example no one can find your site and your services is search engines ....

At first the Flash movie is not loading. This is due to the file being to big to load.
Think about effective navigation. This is always the key to good web design. Design a logo for you site so that it has an identity and recognition. If you want I can show some tips and examples.
