My best friend's birthday is in 6 days and I want to get her the best gift ever! She's turning 15.......what do I do?

Make a basket (or use a gift bag) and fill it with either de-stressing or pampering stuff. Get those one-use face masks, or foot scrubs, tea, a gift certificate for a massage or to get her hair or nails done, nail polish or lip gloss, candles, cute slippers, etc.
To add a special and more personal touch, make two things. Make a CD with birthday songs on it (Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday To You" and The Vandals' "Happy Birthday To Me" are good ones) and other songs that you both like, or have inside jokes with, whatever. Secondly, get an old picture from (Goodwill, an old one from home) or a cheap one (Walmart, Dollar Store) and decoupage it. Decoupaging is really easy and fun! Take old clippings from magazines or wherever and glue them on using Mod Podge. When you're finished you seal it with a couple layers of Mod Podge (there's instructions on the bottle). Be creative!
Whatever you do I'm sure she'll love it. My best friends and I always do stuff like that for each other and it means a lot to know that someone put thought into your gift.

every teenage girl likes to get her hair done so give her a gift certificate to a salon to her hair washed, conditioned and styled.

just give her a gift certificate from her favorite store.let her buy what she really wants.

First you find out what she likes.Then you get her something she likes
Example:Let's say your friend collects posters of her favorite band.Just get her a poster she's missing from her collection.
