You might try the LUNA line of books from harlequin. It is a romance fantasy line of books. They put out a new book every month.
If you enjoy a good fantasy novel, try Guy Gavriel Kay - he usually has a romance mixed in with his novel. He is one of my favorite authors - very believable, very deep.
Janny Wurts is an author who tends to put a romance in her fantasy novels.

You might enjoy Jennifer Roberson's "Lady of the Forest". It's a retelling of Robin Hood from Marian's perspective.
Robin McKinley has written several retellings of fairy tales you might enjoy, Spindle's End and Rose Daughter spring to mind, as well as classic fantasy with romantic subplots like The Hero and the Crown.

Rebecca Paisley-A basket of wishes.
Its about a fairy Splendour who is ordered to marry a human( a duke). The poor hero is confused by the woman who will shrink if not kissed regularly, drinks apricot face lotion. On top of that he is harassed by splendour's sister who even turns him into a snail. His cousin Emil thinks that Splendour is exactly what the doctor ordered for the staid ,boring Jordan.
Sherrilyn Kenyon-Sword of Darkness.Camelot is no longer the shining beacon of hope it once was and is instead a colorless, evil place where only might is respected. Moran, the fey Queen, rules over Camelot and Kerrigan is her champion. No one can kill Kerrigan as he possesses the sword Caliburn; Caliburn is Excalibur's polar opposite and the wielder of the sword must handle demonic powers.
Gawain and the other good knights from the legendary Camelot now reside in Avalon where they are awaiting the birth of the next Penmerlin, the wizard who will oversee all of the lesser Merlins (Merlin is the name given to a magical advisor rather than one specific person).Seren believes herself to be a simple peasant woman who only wants to rise from apprentice weaver to journeywoman. She is terrified when two of the Lords of Avalon, Gawain and Agravain, surprise her with the news that she will be the mother of the next Penmerlin and that she must go to Avalon with them. She escapes only to be "rescued" by Kerrigan and taken to Camelot. However, Seren sees a spark of good in Kerrigan and teaches him about love and sacrifice.
