I am a Master of bdsm, and now some Gorean. Even before I became one I knew I liked that role, but so many women are confused about their roles.
With the women's lib many try to live up to that ideal doing what W/we call topping from the bottom. However that could make them a switch. Do you as an older teen, or young woman truly know what you are? Can you enter into a bdsm relationship totally honest with the potential Master about who,and what you are?
Or how about marriage? Do you think you might be notice I said might be that shows uncertainty of what you are at the present time. I Myself am looking for a bdsm sub, or slave untrained, but will talk to you about what you are, or could be.

The beauty of the lifestyle is that one gets to define what they are. A person can define himself or herself as a slave, a submissive, a switch, a dominant, a master/mistress, a dabbler, or something else, perhaps settling on vanilla. Obviously a person who chooses to accept a certain definition needs to live up to that, otherwise problems might occur and a re-defining is most likely needed.

If someone has been in the lifestyle for a while, they should have a pretty good idea of what defines them. For someone new, they need the space to explore. The important thing is honesty and openness at working out a relationship, which is what the lifestyle is all about anyway.

I was very submissive when I was a teenager. I was very submissive to my siblings and I could have been a better and positive person knowing what's right and what's wrong. I regret it so much. I was never a boss over them. They were always the boss over me and I always allow that.
