so..tell her you want them? If that doesn't work then just don't wear any socks at all and then constantly be taking your shoes off around her, eventually the stink will make her desperate to just get you to wear socks! no matter what cut they are!

Ask her to buy them for you.. I really don't see why she wouldn't. And if she gives you the speech about picking out your own stuff when you can buy it, then save your money and get them yourself..
