I'm missing something about this question. Are you asking if you hadn't been taking oral birth control, then you start on the day that happens to coincide with your cycle (the last active pill) will you get pregnent? If that is your question, the answer would be that you would have the same chances of getting pregnant as if you had not taken that single dose. Or being about the 21st day of your cycle you might still be fertile but its close. If you ovulated late this month you would have a higher chance of being fertile.
Otherwise why would you ask the question? Oral birth control if taken consistently and according to the directions is over 99% effective. Good luck.

If you are taking every single pill without missing any, then you should not become pregnant, no matter what time of the month you have sex. but the pill is only 98 or 99% effective so there is always a slight posibility.

Any time that you bypass over the lively pills there's a probability that you may want to change into pregnant. I easily have ignored the lively pills previously and by no skill something befell. in case your era has all started than you need to be ok. good success!

Generally, if you have been taking your pills consistently at the same time daily, it would have a 99% protection against pregnancy. However this is provided that you have taken at least 1 cycle of the pills before your present cycle, that is, the first pack that you take is generally not considered protective against pregnancy.

Not as long as you have taken the pills consistently for a full month. After you take the last active pill you will have a mild period.
