Couscous is a dish of ancient origin which has become, over the years, a sign of peace, fraternity and cultural integration.

Couscous is not necessarily a Kabylian dish, it's also has Israeli, Jewish, Mediterranean, Berber, African & European origins, to mention just a few!

It can be toasted, pan-fried, pan-boiled, parboiled & baked. It's varieties are as varied as it's origins. And all are delicious!!! :-)
