Actually, do you really think anyone needs to answer this question? Cheney would shoot Bush, claim it was an accident as he thought he was a pet-fed bird that people raise so the rich and powerful can come on their land and kill animals that almost come to their lap, wait until all of the alcohol had cleared both of their systems just in case they cannot make the police break the law for them.
Of course, buck shot would improve Bush's looks and probably improve his polling numbers. Maybe he would get some kind of intellect improvement. I don't know though. The short-term memory loss is usually gone forever. Cognitive thinking is something Dumbya wouldn't even comprehend as a concept.
Bush claims he has quit drinking; however, his face sure stays awfully red. It could either be from anxiety and/or drinking of alcohol. Just because he says he quit does not mean he has. He has lied to us before and why wouldn't he lie again.
I think it's a shame Rumsfield wasn't going with them. Now that guy gets away with murder, literally.

Halliburton. They'd lease them both very expensive gloves and then charge a fee to take them back after the match. Then, they'd get the contract to build the boxing ring, staff it, clean it, sell the tix, etc. After, they'd get the contract to dissassemble the arena and be allowed to sell off the pieces through an auction house.
