Brittney Spears had 1 boy, another one on the way. Kevin & her are together(supposedly) he has 2 children with his ex Shar Jackson

She has one child, a son, Sean Preston. She is currently pregnant with her second child, she chose not to learn the sex of this child, and Kevin did not leave her. All of this was according to the Dateline Special she did with Matt Lauer.
