There are 4 different personality types and twelve different blends of these 4 types. They are:
1. Sanguine-- outgoing, responsive, warm and friendly, talkative, enthusiastic, compassionate. Undisciplined, emotionally unstable, unproductive, egocentric and exaggerates.
2. Melancholy-- Gifted, analytical, aesthetic,self-sacrificing,industrious, self-disciplined. Moody, self-centered,persecution-proned,revengeful,touchy,theoretical,unsociable,critical,negative.
3. Choleric-- strong--willed, independent,visionary,practical,productive,decisive,leader. Cold, unemotional,impetuous,sarcastic,angry,cruel.
4. Phlegmatic--calm,quiet,easygoing,dependable,objective,diplomatic,procrastinator, selfish stingy,fearful, worrier.

Everyone is a combination of at least 2 of these personalities. I am a SAN MEL PLEG.
Keep in mind that I only had limited space so I am unable to go into any more detail about the personalities.

I guess from those choices, I'd be a MEL PLEG.

Have you ever heard of DISC personalities? Which one/ones best describe you?

D--Dominant--strong willed, independent, "My way or the Highway"

I--Influence--artsy. This is where actors and artists come from. They love to perform, either through themselves or their work, and they love the spotlight.

S--Steadiness--Very much into security, home, values, etc.

C--Conscientiousness--analytical. The kind of person who studies everything in great detail, a perfectionist by nature. This is the person who would e-mail you if there was a typo in your question, not to be mean, but because he/she is 100% certain that you REALLY want to know.

I guess I am a mixture of the last three. I'm analytical, moody, self-centered; strong-willed, sarcastic, and independent; and I'm a quiet worrier. This was a pretty neat thing to post!

Wow. You do realize that this is the pre-mideaval theory of the humors in the body, don't you? It has been disproven for a couple of hundred years, but I guess is getting a replay. Sad.
