why would you want breast reduction surgery you should want them as big as you can. boyfriends like really big ones. my boyfriend at least

It is NOT painful! I just had it done, and there is VERY little pain! You are on great pain medication, but even without my pain medication, it wasn't bad at all. Don't listen to anyone who hasn't had the surgery done. It's an easy surgery. There isn't really much pain, only discomfort, and it's all worth it for the fantastic results! Do it! You will love it!

pretty painful, i never had it , but i know people.
