im doing property management, how could i pick up more buildings & buiss.??

i would like to know how to get more buildings from private owners,co-ops,condumin. etc., i worked for a management company before, and i am doing it already for 2 yrs. now on my own but im not getting lately anything plus some propertry owners sold there properties so i have lost a few properties now, so therefore how could i get some other properties to manage??

Word of mouth is always your best bet. Being active in the local Apartment Association. Advertising. Join a "board" that oversees the laws governing the Condo's and Co-ops in your area.
BUT, you better be prepared with numbers, percentages, how effective you are in leasing, retaining, negotiating.....to be able to compete with the larger companies with proven track records.
