Actually, if you buy a puwder with a lot of pigment in it, and use a really little brush with water... that will stay on the best! Go to the art supply store to buy the brush, it will cost about $3.00, instead of $30.00 at the cosmetic counter. Spend the money to get a good powder... bobbie brown, trish mcevoy, mac, laura mericer,,, it will last forever, won't dry out or flake off, and you can use it dry as a regular shadow.

Chanel. They have a fabulous twist one that comes in a few colors including brown, black and blue. The blue is really good because it is dark but not as dark as the black and makes your eyes look a little brighter.

first of all you shouldn't get liquid eye liner becouse it looks bad. buy nyc pencil eye liner.
