kinda...it would not be the kitchen window...it would be the front and/or the back door...and it would have to be built in secrect as well...which may cost an arm and a leg...but i bet money is no object for you...here is how
you don't want to build it beside macdonalds...you build it under...then you have an elevator going direcly to the pick up window(that would go into your garage)...(there would be a secret intercom in the elevator so you can order as you are going up)...then as your food is ready...you will arise out of nowhere (i think i want to do this just so i could see the looks on there faces as i come out of the ground for the first time)(and i don't even like macdonalds)
then the other door you could have a stair way going directly to the indoor line
so you wouldn't be able to get it without leaving your house but you could get whenever you leave or come home...and not be bothered with actally having drive to one
call me when it is finished...ok...i want ot be there the first time you use the elevator

you would have to get some wheels to go to the window with cause they don't take walk up orders for safety reasons.
