To be honest I don't think its anything that you can really learn. I think that's what makes her unique. Remember she had dreds at one point. So I think it was a matter of function and fashion. I would think its not much different than a woman wrapping her hair when she coming out of the shower and washed it. The difference is that she finds decorative fabrics which you can find at any fabric store.

Why do you wanna do this. Any ways, you get a scarf, a big one and then you open it, put ur head in the middle and wrap it. Please don't step out with that
