and felt physical pain? lol I woke up this morning and my wrists were hurting and it feels like I pulled a muscle in my forearm! I had a really adventureous dream last night. I was running and lifting stuff heavy stuff in my dream, however, I awoke feeling like someone had a hard grip on my wrists (as if I was fighting someone off). I always have weird dreams but I haven't ever woke up feeling like this before! lol

yes most of the times i woke up and still i feel that the dream had something more to offer. as far as the pain u r complaining it may be coz u slept with ur body on ur hand.

ehh U musta had a wrist'n match w/ U'r pillows N what not w/ out U know 'n U'r actions.... It rearly happends 2 me, I'd do some things N my dream like adventurs things N wake like I jus' did a work out, sometimes I would hit the wooden head bord N not think that I hit NE thing tell 1 of my family members said Y did U hit something soo hard last night? I wouldn't know cuzz I was fight'n some stink'n Ninja's!!!

I have woken up from nighmares, the only time i woke up and my body hurt was cause i fell off the bed and hit my nogging on a side table. OUCH!!!!

yep. like when my leg hurts in my dream, i wake up and it's asleep. or i dream about being in the sun and i wake up and i'm sweating.
