Anything done by Rob Zombie is worth a look. Like it or not, you remember his work.
And yes, it's a remake of the original. Zombie has come out and said the sequels were a travesty for one of the most frightening characters in film history and he wants to redo the film the way horror fans want it.

Is there another one coming out? If you are talking about the Halloween, Micheal Myers, movies, isn't he in his late 40's to early 50's? When is he going to finally be killed off?
