Accually yes there is a way, I haven't done this in a while but I remeber everything.

First download an Game Boy Advanced emulator:

Than download the game(It is on this page just scroll down a little bit):

You have to download an emulator (a program to run the video game) before you download the actual game. You can download the emulator from here:

http://www.romnation.net/srv/emulators/gba.html

I'm not familiar with GBA (GameBoy Advance) games, nor do I know the best place to download them. The following website has a list of other websites where you may be able to download working versions of Mario Party Advance. Keep in mind, though, all forms of emulation (playing video games on your computer) are illegal unless you own copies of the games you are emulating. In other words, download at your own risk!

You would need to get an Emulator(A computer version of the system that you would normally find on the game console) for the system in which you would like the play the game on(i.e. N64,GameCube,NES,SNES,etc) then find the game on Google or somewhere and download the game and you will be ready to go. Sorry it is not available for download. Even if it was, you would need a simulator so that it could be played on the computer.
