The qualities I look for in a man are:
-That they are faithful and trustworthy
-Caring
-Somewhat have a decent appearance
-They don't have to be rich or have a bachelor's degree but at least have a job and some brains
-Taller than me (i'm 5'7)
-I love brown eyes for some reason.

It depends upon for what purpose you are looking for the qualities in person. For example, if you want to hire a person, you look at the achievements, academics, work experience, hardworking, appearence etc. If you are looking for life partner, you would be looking for some who appears good to your eyes, whom your mind and heart accepts and who's honest and trustworthy.
