Just on previous performances in this World Cup? Portugal!
So far, England has shown nothing to justify reaching the semi-finals.
Anyway, it's always lots of fun to watch the english fume about getting beat again by Portugal, a country they always considered to be less deserving.

Portugal should win as they are playing better soccer, and have produced goals and great goal scoring opportunities. Whereas, England has looked sluggish and have relied upon set pieces and the boot of Becks. However, ENgland will prevail as they change their line up, and give rooney help up top, and just like Englands other wins this cup, it won't be pretty but they'll get just enough done to eek out a win. Scary that a great teamlike England can play so poorly yet be doing so well.

England will win.
They will be in better shape than the last matches, as they've got a whole week off now. Rooney is getting stronger everyday, getting his rage up. He'll tear through those weedy Portuguese defenders no problem, look how well he did against those huge equadorians.
The match will be played in the heat again, just like this week, but I think that England are starting to find solutions that are better adapted to the heat.
Check out the stats against Equador. We were fouled 22 times, compared with the 13 fouls we committed. They were a very physical side, hard as nails. Those hairy portuguese romeos won't stand a chance against Rooney now, after the training he had yesterday.

England will win as portugal is playing two players short. Any red cards that you get in the second half of a match cary over into the next game, so two of portugals best players will have to wait on the sidelines against england, replaced by two players with less experiance. I also want protugal to lose as they cheated to beat my team (holland) in the last round

Yooo ... Trust me.. According to Nostradamus... England walls will falls in the quadrant.. ok.. Right.. ole !! Portugal eventhough is now "handicapped", but their determination and willpower is very high.. and they are peaking at the right moment and at the right time.. Portugal should win the match. England was playing poorly against Ecuador and they just got lucky Ecuador played bad as well. PORTUGAL!!!
