Believe it or not, I've repaired scratched discs with plain white toothpaste. Just dab a small amount on the disc and buff into the disc with a soft cloth. Sounds crazy- I know, but somehow it works. Try it on a cd you're not afraid of ruining first, until you get the hang of it.

go buy a cheap kit at th store like best buy or circut city or probably even kmart or walmart.. and its just a cd repair and clean kit andyou wipe this stuff over the scratches

Toothpaste, and a tissue, if you use any other kind of harsh substance to wipe with it will scratch more, smear the toothpaste on with your fingers, carefully, and wet the tissue a little and wipe off carefully. Or I lick the cd and rub it on my shirt.

CD Dr but it is rumored to warp cds. Try asking comp USA or circuit city for help. They will have the newest and best product available.

Put them in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. I know it sounds bizarre, but it works.

most local video stores (not blockbuster the mom and pop kind) have cleaning/scratch filling machines and for a small fee will do your discs for you.

it only works on cds but take a hilighter and color over your cd and wipe it off with tolet paper
