What is the most economic and the easiest way of living abroad without speaking their language?

I am particulary interested in learning Arabic in any of those Arabic countries; Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan or something like that.

Why don't you try to apply for a Consular Agent, but you will need to take an exam, usually done in Washington DC. But you still can start to learn some Arabic before going there. Or try to apply in American Companies located there.
