Sexualy speaking, the term you want is "Open". A person who is "Open" is open to all new experiences but is still discriminate about the people with whom they enjoy these passtimes.
Though to try and put a label on someone who doens't like labels is a bit of a misnomer, wouldn't you say?
BiSexual means that they are attracted to sexual experiences with both sexes. It does in no way mean that you MUST choose one or the other, nor that you MUST have both when you partake. It merely means that you have both as a stimuli, nothing more. In this light, BiSexual would fit you more than just the vague term "Open", too.
But in all things, it's your choice to be labeled or unlabeld, Bisexual, Hetero, Gay or Open.

Well you could go with omnisexual, but I dislike the word because it implies that you'll have sex with anyone or anything... like dogs or woodchips or garden rakes.
Then there is the classic queer, very very vauge but it gets the point accross. In most contexts, queer just means not exclusively straight.
Or you could say "screw this" and never label yourself anything.
However I would caution against trying to find the perfect label, because you'll never find it. Labels are inherantly vauge and imperfect. You'll never find one that exactly describes you. You can pick an imperfect label and just ignore the stuff that doesn't apply and try to change the label from the inside out. Or pick a purposely vauge label. But you'll never find the perfect one.

There are a number of problems with labels, aren't there? One of them being that other people with carry their own baggage into whatever term one uses, as happened with "pansexual." Another is that anything that ends with -sexual is going to be viewed as only referring to sexual activity and ignores attraction and affection and romantic feelings.
What about "pomosexual" -- a contracted form of "postmodern sexuality"? It seems to fit perfectly with what you describe, as in the Wikipedia entry:
"Pomosexual is a neologism used to describe sexual orientation, or more accurately, the total rejection thereof."

A free thinker? I don't think there's just one word for it - not one in common usage, anyway. You'd just have to use a sentence or two, I see no problem with that. You might even get some interesting conversation out of it (as long as the other people aren't über-conservative jerks ...)

A good friend who would resemble your statement calls herself omnisexual. It's mostly a joke and a vocabulary test for people she meets, but there's a lot of accuracy in it.

if you don't like labels, why are you looking for one, no labels mean you don't put a name on your behavior
